Terms and Conditions

Please read below all Terms and Conditions for lessons at Wake Wise AR LLC

PAYMENT

Payment must be made upfront when the booking is made.

This can be done over the phone via Cash-App, Venmo or in person with cash or card. There is a 4% fee for all credit cards. Cash is prefered. 

The person who creates the booking is responsible for full payment of everyone in the booking and also for ensuring that the participants are aware of our Terms and Conditions. 

Refunds - please be aware that refunds can take 3-10 days to reach your credit card/bank account depending on the financial institution.

CANCELLATIONS

Our Cancellation Policy varies depending on which activity you book.

We totally understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel your Wake surf, or Luxury Boat Charter booking, please let us know at least 7 days in advance to receive a full refund.

For cancellations made less than 7 days before your booking or if you don’t show up on the day reserved, the following charges will apply:

• ⁠for cancellations less than 7 days: If you paid the full amount upfront, you'll receive a 50% refund.

• If you only paid a 50% deposit, unfortunately, it won’t be refundable.

All other activities - cancellations must be made a minimum of 72 HOURS prior to the booking. Any no-shows or cancellations after this time will be charged 100% of the total booking.

In the rare event that Wake Wise considers the weather conditions to be unsuitable or dangerous we will do our best to reschedule your booking to another time that suits you, or fully refund your payment.

PARTICIPATION & LIABILITIES

When you make a booking you and any participants must be aware that all watersports carry a degree of risk to both people and property, even when enjoyed under supervision of crew members.

All participants must inform us of any medical conditions, illnesses or allergies as well as any recent operations or injuries.

All participants must sign and fill out Waiver/Liability form, parents or guardians must do this on behalf of children under 18 years old.

​All persons under 18 years old must be accompanied and supervised by a parent/guardian at all times while participating in any activities.

​In no circumstances should participants be under the influence of any alcohol, drugs or medication at the time of the lesson which may adversely affect their physical abilities. All participants must agree to abide by all instructions and decisions that Wake Wise and its crew members make.

Wake Wise does not seek to limit or exclude any liability for personal injury or loss of life which may occur as a result of its own negligence or that of its employees or subcontractors and as a responsible business has Public Liability insurance in place. However, Wake Wise AR LLC assumes NO liability in respect of any personal injury, loss, damage, consequential loss or third party claims which occur through no fault of its own or its employees.

All other liability or conditions implied by law are excluded to the fullest extent possible.
